Terms and Conditions – Indego Global
1. Booking and Payments
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Indego Global.
1.2. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified for each travel package.
1.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, supplier price changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
1.4. Final payment must be made within the specified deadline to secure your booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
1.5. For UAE tours, full payment may be required in advance due to local supplier policies (hotels, transport, and attractions).
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Cancellation policies vary by package and service providers. Please refer to your specific booking details for refund eligibility.
2.2. Any cancellation must be communicated in writing to Indego Global.
2.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the supplier’s policies, and service charges may apply.
2.4. No refunds will be given for unused services once the trip has commenced.
2.5. In the UAE, certain services (such as theme park tickets, visa fees, or event tickets) are strictly non-refundable.
3. Travel Documents and Requirements
3.1. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, health certificates, and other required travel documents.
3.2. Indego Global is not responsible for losses due to failure to obtain necessary documents.
3.3. Travelers must comply with all UAE entry requirements, including:

Return flight ticket proof
3.4. Travelers must adhere to UAE laws, cultural norms, and regulations. Misconduct may lead to fines, deportation, or legal action by UAE authorities.
4. Changes and Amendments
4.1. Indego Global reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, and other arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. If changes are necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to provide similar alternatives.
4.3. Any additional costs due to changes made by the traveler will be the traveler’s responsibility.
4.4. Certain UAE attractions (e.g., Burj Khalifa tickets, desert safari tours, concerts) are subject to availability, and timings may change due to weather or government regulations.
5. Liability and Responsibility
5.1. Indego Global acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport companies, etc.) and is not liable for losses, injuries, accidents, delays, or damages caused by these third parties.
5.2. Travelers are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and adherence to UAE laws during their trip.
5.3. Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings is strongly recommended.
5.4. Alcohol consumption, prohibited substances, or violation of UAE laws is strictly the traveler’s responsibility.
6. Force Majeure
6.1. Indego Global is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or events beyond our control.
6.2. In the UAE, weather conditions (such as sandstorms or extreme heat) may cause sudden activity rescheduling or cancellations.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
7.2. By booking with Indego Global, you consent to the collection and use of your data for travel bookings, visa processing, and legal compliance with UAE authorities.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE, specifically under Dubai jurisdiction unless otherwise stated.
